Abbeygate Rest Homes is committed to staff development; for those staff new to the sector we will help and assist them to undertake both the Care Certificate and our in-house induction, leading to the opportunity to gain a Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care.

For those staff already qualified to the minimum requirement of an NVQ 2 or equivalent, there will be opportunity to gain further qualifications within the group.  At Abbeygate the maxim has always been our success is based on our peoples' development. 

We are always interested to hear from people who are passionate about the caring profession, and willing to undertake further training as part of their job.
